Booking Amount

• The booking amount is non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the agreement.

Payment Cancellation

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days after verification.

Plot Availability

• If a plot becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
